Cancellation Policy

Class Booking Policy 1. Booking All classes must be booked through our official booking system. Bookings are confirmed only when payment is completed. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and depend on class availability. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before class. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows will result in class credit being deducted. 3. Waitlist If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. Once a spot opens, the system will notify you by email/WhatsApp. Please confirm promptly to secure your space. 4. Late Arrival Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors will close at class start time. For the safety and flow of the class, we may not be able to admit anyone arriving later than 10 minutes, and the session will be marked as used. 5. Minimum Attendance Classes with fewer than 5 bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled. You will be notified in advance and your credit will be returned. 6. Instructor / Schedule Changes MOV’EN reserves the right to change instructors or adjust class schedules when necessary. 7. Agreement By booking a class, you acknowledge and agree to these terms to help us keep the studio experience fair and enjoyable for all.
